Howdy Ya'll and Welcome to my Page!
Hello! I'm Janelle Ashley, and this is my
page! I am 15 years old and in 9th grade.
I'm home schooled, along with my two
brothers. I'm the oldest among us four
Streeter Kid's. There's Aaron (12), Joshua (9),
and Abishai (3). Anyway, this page is
all about ~*ME*~ and a few of my favorite things!
Things I like...Umm, well, as for animals, I like wolves, horses and frogs. Dolphin's are pretty cool too. I have an almost 2 year old Siberian Husky, named Gracie. She's a lot of fun and a lot of work too. We run every night which keeps both of us in shape. Lol, and out of breath! She has a lot of energy. :o)
School, at the moment, isn't my favorite topic.Lol, I've been really busy keeping up with all my school work. Algebra isn't all that bad. Can't say that I'm totally enjoying it, but it sure beats doing the same ol' same ol'. :o) I love to read, especially mysteries and historical fiction. My favorite author is Janette Oke. She's a really good writer. I'd like to write professionally, but for right now, I'm fine with writing poems for friends and family. I keep a online journal which my long-distance friends and family reads to keep up on "what's going" in my life. And it also helps my writing skills....lol, actually its pretty fun writing about my strange life. :o)
Not many of my friends do, so this makes me kind of unique...I love Classical music!! I get it from my dad, I know this because my poor mother can't stand it.Lol! I love works by Bach, Mozart, and soooo many more!
By the grace of God, I've been able to teach myself how to play
Fur Elise and Pachebel's Canon. Canon in D minor is
probably one of my very favourites!!! I also really
like Celtic music from Scotland and Ireland.It's really cool!!
My faith in God is a big part of my life. Well, actually
It is my life! I am a KJB believing Christian. I have
been raised in a Christian home all my life, and to
that I am VERY thankful! My friends and I like to
sing at church and have bible studies together.
Although we don't get to a lot 'cuz I live so far away
from them. (They are in DE, I am in VA)
This page is mostly just about me, and the things I like.
And here are some things I like to do:
Play Basketball, Watch Football (Go
Seahawks!!), Watch Baseball (Go Mariners!),
IM my online friends, listen to music
(mostly Classical), Read, Work out and run, Hang out with
friends,edit my web site and journal and practice on my key board.
My Favourite verse in the Bible is Psalm 37:4&5.
